Virtual GPS could be a GPS (Global Positioning System) machine code. you'll use it to emulate a GPS receiver unit connected to your laptop. NMEA 0183 (or NMEA for short) could be a combined electrical and information specification for communication between marine electronic devices like measuring device, sonars, gauge (winds speed and direction), compass, autopilot, GPS receivers and lots of alternative varieties of instruments. it's been outlined by, and is controlled by, the US-based National Marine natural philosophy Association.
